A badge is required for any entry. Please keep your badge on you at all times. We reserve the right to ask you to show your badge if you are not wearing it

  • No drugs of any kind.

  • Outside food and drinks are not permitted at the event. We will be having various food trucks at the event available for both days.

  • COSPLAY IS NOT CONSENT. MAKE SURE TO ASK PERMISSION BEFORE TAKING PICTURES OR ANY SORT OF PHYSICAL TOUCH

  • Minors (15 under) need to be accompanied with their parent or guardian at all times.

  • Nothing that can pass as a realistic weapon. We are happy to let you know in advance if it’s allowed or not. Nothing metal or hard enough to seriously injure anyone. We 3D print for a living so we know what to take in account when it comes to judging. Orange caps or tape may be needed on some props if they look real enough from far away.

  • Full clothing and shoes are required. You can take them off for pictures, but wear them as soon as your done. The event will be all ages so please be respectful for others around you.

  • Costumes that cover your face are allowed (fursuits/masks/etc) just be mindful of those around you if your vision gets obscured.

  • If you think you need a helper please bring one to assist you during the event.

Would you like to be part of our event as a special guest. You’re more than welcome to send us an message. We’d love to get as many creators and influencers as possible. Please send us a message that includes the following

  • Name - Social Media Name

  • Brief summary of your contributions to the Sonic community

  • What you would like to do at the convention

  • Rough estimate of all your followers if you are a social media influencer

  • What you would like in exchange for attending. We will try and work with you as best as we can if possible

We will do our best to answer everyone and let you know if we believe you are a fit for the event. We will also let you know if we are unable to accept your application as well. We won’t leave you on read.

Will not be tolerated. We want everyone to feel safe and welcomed to our event. Failure to listen can lead to removable from the event without a refund.

Please report any of the following to our staff

  • Touching, Stalking, Intimidation

  • Unwanted sexual advances, images

  • Harassment, racism, slurs, homophobia, transphobia

  • Theft, assault, any sort of violence

If you feel uncomfortable for any reason please let any our staff members know and we will help

We are set to have our performers perform inside the venues. But if ticket sales are higher than anticipated we are ready to move the performance outside to accommodate the larger crowd. We will let you know in advance if this happens. We expect the performance to sell out so please purchase as soon as possible to not miss out.

Concert ticket requires purchase of entrance to Sonic Boost. There will be no entry if you just purchase the concert ticket. We will have a combo sale that will include the concert ticket.

No outside food or drinks allowed at the event. Our food vendors will still be selling during the concert.

It will be a standing concert but seating can be provided for ADA accessibility.

SEIZURE WARNING: The concert will feature flashing lights which can trigger seizures in certain individuals. Please be aware of your situation if this may apply.
